There have been mixed reactions to Ireland donating an enormous €5 MILLION to the UN Agency for Palestine refugees.
The Tanaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs Simon Coveney has confirmed that Ireland is donating the €5 MILLION to the region.
In an announcement, Coveney said the funding will help over 5 million refugees who have been affected by the troubles in the Middle East.
He added that Ireland is a long standing supporter of the UN Agency for Palestine Refugees, and the funding will help provide valuable resources to those in the region.
