Bank of Ireland have once again apologised to it’s customers today after a number of account holders were unable to to access their account online.
The bank which received a backlash of criticism on Tuesday after they failed to process wage payments for account holders, have once again been criticised online after customers complained they could not access their account.
In response to the technical issue the released the following statement saying they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
The statement reads: āWe are aware that some of our customers are experiencing difficulties accessing online and mobile app banking. We are investigating this and working to resolve this as soon as possible.ā
