Motorists across the country are being urged to proceed with caution this morning after the country experienced freezing conditions overnight.
The warning comes after temperatures dropped to -4c in some places overnight.
Forcasters say the country’s road will be quite treacherous particularly as there will be some snowfall still lying in many places.
Motorists are also being advised to proceed with caution as many roads particularly in rural areas will have spots of ice and black ice.
