27 year old Martha Herda has been charger with the murder of 31 year old Csaba Orsas who died when the car they were in plunged into the harbor.
Orsas body was found washed up on Clogga Beach in Arklow. It is presumed he died after the car went into the water.
Herda appeared before Bray District Court, after evidence of arrest and charge were presented.
Herda who is originally from Poland, was charged with the murder of Csaba at South Quay, Arklow on the morning of March 26, 2013.
Both Herda and Csaba lived in Arklow for a number of years and also worked together.
