“My name is Cleo” -Missing Australian girl Cleo Smith rescue deemed “the best news story in 2 years”

In what has been described as the best news story from around the world for the past 2 years, little Cleo Smith has thankfully been reunited with her family in Western Australia.

Australian police had believed that little Cleo Smith had been abducted in the outback almost three weeks ago.

They’ve announced that she was found safe and well in a house 75km from where she went missing.

Police in Perth said:
“It’s my privilege to announce that in the early hours of this morning, the Western Australian police force rescued Cleo Smith.

Police broke into a house in Carnavon where they found Cleo in a room. A police officer picked the little girl up and asked what her name was to which she replied “my name is Cleo”.

A 36-yr-old man has been arrested and is in custody.

When police entered the property, they asked the little girl what her name was to which she replied:
“My name is Cleo”.
