Roads and pathways remain hazardous this morning, as gale force winds overnight have left debris strewn everywhere, and fallen trees have also been reported.
A wind weather warning was issued last night, and it will remain in place until this evening as west to north-west winds will continue “strong to gale force and gusty”. Gusts of up to 105km/hr in many areas are likely.
Widespread heavy and thundery showers are also expected throughout the morning, though conditions will ease towards late evening.
Temperatures will swing between 7-9C.
