NATO will provide support for the production of up to 1,000 Patriot missiles as part of the Sky Shield initiative to protect Europe’s airspace against enemy incursions, it has been revealed today.
The enterprise will be carried out by the eight-nation Patriot Support Partnership (PSP), which includes Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and the United States.
Patriot weapon platforms have proven exceedingly adept at destroying Russian aerial assets and keeping Ukrainian skies secure.
