Netflix has announced that it’ll be raising its monthly subscription fee, the third such move in as many years.
The cost of Netflix’s standard plan, which allows users to view content on two screens simultaneously, is to rise by €1 to €12.99. The premium service, which enables viewers to stream TV shows and movies on up to four devices will rise by €2 to €17.99.
The Netflix service is currently available in 190 countries, but other streaming services such as Disney and Amazon Prime are steadily gaining market share.
