Netflix has warned its so-called “woke” employees that should consider leaving the company if they still feel triggered by the Dave Chapelle comedy specials.
This is according to a new anti-censorship portion of the company’s “culture memo.” Variety reports
The progressive employees at Netflix were outraged by Chappelle’s comedy special called ‘The Closer’ where he mocked LGBTQQIP2SAA activists and joked about ideology of trans-genderism and its influence over society.
Some woke employees at the company even staged a protest at Netflix’s running of the comedy special in the form of an extended lunch, a move which was encouraged by the usual PC mob on Twitter as well as some celebrities.
The new memo from Netflix to its employees’ states:
“We let viewers decide what’s appropriate for them, versus having Netflix censor specific artists or voices.”
And goes on to say “if you’d find it hard to support our content breadth, Netflix may not be the best place for you.”
