New mobile network GoMo offers SIM only plans from as little as €9.99 for the first 100,000 customers




Ireland’s mobile phone operators will face new competition from today onwards as Eir group have launched a new service called GoMo.

The new network which is offering SIM only plans from as little as €9.99, are planning to take on the likes of Vodafone, 3, Tesco Mobile and Virgin Mobile by apparently offering cheaper contracts.

In an announcement made today the new company say they are offering a SIM only plan that will include 80GB monthly data, free texts and 45,0000 minutes of free calls from €9.99 per month.

However the deal which is for life only applies to the first 100,000 customers who sign up to the service.

GoMo claim they will offer 99% population coverage as well as 97% 4G coverage with speeds of up to 10Mb/s.
