A New York Judge came down hard on Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein after he was seen violating a court order by texting on his mobile phone.
Fox report that Judge James Burke said:
“Mr Weinstein, is this really the way you want to end up in jail by texting and violating a court order?” before Mr Weinstein could even answer.
The Judge made the comments as prosecutors requested that bail be revoked and for Weinstein to be jailed while the trial for rape is ongoing.
