In what can only be described as a disaster for Northern Ireland, the executive is to lock down the entire province of Ulster for another 6 weeks from Christmas Eve.

Shops, pubs, restaurants, barbers and hairdressers will all be closed again from Christmas Eve for a month and a half.

It’s expected that the lockdown will happen immediately once the Christmas trade has been taken. It’s understood that Christmas bubbles between families will not be affected by the lockdown.
