A 39-yr-old female resident in Lurgan, County Armagh has been charged with “causing a man to engage in a sexual act without his consent”, reports the Belfast Telegraph.
The woman, did not appear before Craigavon Magistrates Court when the case was mentioned last week.
The woman is alleged to have caused the man to “insert his penis into her vagina” in circumstances where he did not consent. The Belfast Telehraph reports that the woman did consent to the act.
A prosecuting lawyer said the full file on the case was not due in until March 3 and so she was requesting an adjournment until March 10.
According to the Belfast Telegraph, the District Judge Austin Kennedy duly put the case back to that date for an update.
