After the US media raced to announce that Joe Biden had won the Presidential Election and that he would become the 46th President, his opponent President Donald Trump is having none of it.
US media were practically salivating at the thoughts of Biden and couldn’t contain themselves anymore by insisting that there was no way that President Donald Trump could be re-elected, thus announcing that Biden had it won.
However, the twist in the tail is that President Trump released a lengthy statement declaring that the media doesn’t elect a President, the American people do and said that from Monday morning, a large number of court cases are going to be started across the nation to ensure that all legal votes are counted and that a fair election is undertaken.
What happens next is anyone’s guess. President Donald Trump has a very tough job and a tight window to win in court but whether it will happen or not remains to be seen at this stage.
