The cold November rain has finally arrived this weekend. Met Eireann have forecast that although it will be relatively mild, the country will be covered in rainfall for the entire weekend.
Dr John Langton said:
“Although a cold snap hasn’t happened this year yet, we’re seeing a turn for the rain this weekend and it’ll go on beyond Sunday too. The West coast will get the worst of it, but the rest of the country will see its fair share too”.
The rain is forecast to stay with us until at least next Thursday, where a break in the wet weather is due until next weekend again.
Get the umbrellas out – you’re going to need them!
