One fatality has been confirmed after a car hit a wall in Co. Kilkenny overnight.
The incident happened near Carn in Dunbell shortly before 3am.
The victim, a male in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gardai are asking for witnesses to come forward.
