
A real-life stabbing occurred as a result of an online fight between two combat computer game players about Covid death counts, according to testimony given in court, reports RTE.
In relation to the knife attack, 49-year-old Ciaran Cuffe of Slieve Rua, Moate, County Westmeath, entered a guilty plea to assault.
