“Operation Daylight”: Gardai arrest three drivers with cannabis in their system at Port Tunnel

Gardai arrested a total of four drivers at Dublin’s Port Tunnel yesterday as part of “Operation Daylight”.

It’s understood that two of the drivers were stopped and were found to have drugs in their system which is said to be cannabis.

The third driver with drugs in their system was detected to have cocaine.

A fourth driver was pulled in after their vehicle allegedly rammed the toll barrier in an effort to not pay the toll.

Gardai say that they’re going to be out in the force over the weekend again.
