Our own left on the streets as 160 migrants ferried to Citywest Hotel facilities




New arrivals to Ireland fleeing the war in Ukraine and asylum seekers from other countries have been stranded at Dublin airport due to a lack of government-provided accommodation.

About 250 people stayed in the old airport terminal building last night, including 150 women and children who fled their homes in Ukraine.

The Government said that 160 people were transferred today from Dublin airport to Citywest facilities.
