There is outrage amongst thousands of Virgin Media costumers this morning after the companies broadband device suffered a technical fault late last night.
The issues was raised when a number of people took to social media to complain about the company’s broadband service.
Meanwhile the company say they do not know what caused the problem but are currently working hard to address the issue.
