Six hundred and eight new homes will be built at a site in Glanmire, Cork, after the developer obtained planning permission through the Government’s fast-track approval system.
Construction works at the site, which will include a creche and retail premises, will commence in the summer.
The development will feature 496 terraced houses and 112 apartments.
