Parents warned to be vigilant as deadly new “Manhunt” game sees teenagers choke each other

Last weekend a 16-yr-old boy was rushed to hospital in an emergency situation after he was involved in a near-fatal incident from the deadly new game teenagers are playing called ‘Manhunt’.

Parents have been advised to tell their children of the dangers of the game and to ensure to not participate in it should their friends suggest it.

The popularity of the game is said to be growing across the UK and Ireland.

The warning comes after a 16-year-old boy was rushed to hospital in the UK last weekend.

The game which is a twist on the classic hide and seek game has caused concern amongst British police after the boy was found unconscious in a park in Ledbury, Herefordshire, last Saturday.

Although thankfully the boy has made a full recovery, it is believed that he blacked out after he was held in a choke hold by another individual playing the game.

The dangerous game apparently sees youngsters choke one another after they are found hiding.

It is thought that the game is supposed to interpret that an individual has been strangled after they are found.
