Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft, has passed away aged 65 after a long battle with cancer.
Mr. Allen started Microsoft along with Bill Gates back in the late 1970s. Microsoft would go on to become the world’s most valuable company by the 1990s.
His wealth would enable him to become the owner of the Seattle Seahawks NFL team, and embark in charity and philanthropic ventures.
Mr. Allen never married and had no children.
