Broadcasters in the UK have decided to remove an episode of the classic TV series Fawlty Towers.
According to reports in the UK, the episode ‘Don’t Mention the War’ has been removed from a popular BBC streaming service.
In a move that comes as more broadcasters are reviewing classic content, the episode which sees John Cleese goose stepping around the iconic hotel has been removed from the UKTV catchup service.
Although no explanation has been given, a spokesperson said the decision comes as we make regular decisions that makes sure our programming meets audience expectations.
