Thankfully it appears as though normality is returning and people will finally be allowed to live their lives again, at least to some extent, now that the so-called “draconian restrictions” are being lifted.
Shops reopen from Monday morning and none other than Penneys will be serving the Irish public with all their summer clothing in stock.
Penneys has confirmed that all its Irish outlets will operate extended opening hours when it reopens to the general public on Monday.
It’s understood that many stores will open as early as 8am and remain open right up until 10pm for the majority of their first week back trading.
Management is expecting huge crowds to show up over the first few days after reopening.
