Budget fashion retailer Penneys will open all stores with street access tomorrow, with a number of restrictions in place.
There will be hand sanitizing stations across all stores, every second till be closed, and employees will manage queues to ensure social distancing. A limited number of shoppers will be allowed in-store at any one time.
Penneys stores sited inside shopping centres will open on Monday, June 15.
