“People are concerned” – Immigration is now one of the top issues for the government to deal with from 7% to 11% this month

People are beginning to get increasingly concerned about immigration in Ireland and how many migrants are being “planted” in their area.

Immigration has shot to one of the top issues for the government to deal with from 7% to 11% this month

The number of people saying immigration is one of the top issues for the government to deal with increased from 7% last month to 11% this month.

The Ireland Thinks survey comes after a number of large protests at East Wall, Dublin with residents very concerned about migrants planned in their community without prior consultation from the government with locals.

Migrants were planned in the old ESB building in the area with residents holding protests every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until they’re moved.
