The perpetrator of yesterday’s attack outside Parliament buildings in London has been named.
29-year-old Salih Khater, a British citizen of Sudanese origin, drove a vehicle through a group of people before crashing into a security barrier. He was arrested at the scene.
Khater was reportedly not known to security services.
He remains in police custody today.
