Filling station operators have slammed the Taoiseach over claims of price gouging.
Station operators say that they’ve been losing money on pumps this week and slammed Martin describing Micheal Martin‘s remarks as offensive and untrue.
It comes as the government announced emergency assistance for haulage firms which have been left reeling from soaring fuel bills made even worse by the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
They’re in line to get €100 a week for every lorry they have on the road for the next eight weeks at least.
