The Ukrainian military has reportedly scored another top Russian officer, increasing the body count among high-ranking Russian personnel.
The latest casualty is Major General Andrei Kolesnikov, commander of the 29th army of the eastern military district.
Ukrainian officials have referred to the demise of Mr. Kolesnikov as ‘good news.’
