A couple in the US have said that their new baby girl has brought a piece of joy on one of the darks days in the country’s history.
The announcement comes after their daughter Christina Malone-Brown made a piece of history as she was born 9lbs 11oz at 9:11pm on the 9/11.
The remarkable birth which occurred in Germantown, Tennessee, has left both parents feeling overwhelmed on a day that they say still hurts.
Although the parents are delighted with their new arrival, they did say in a Facebook post that they still had emotions 18 years on from the deadly attacks.
However they did state that her birth brought a piece of joy on a day still hurts for many.
