Police investigating as Muslims clash with LGBT supporters outside Primary school over ‘LGBT lessons row’

Supporters of the LGBTQ+ community have been attacked outside a school in Birmingham where they were staging a protest in support of a controversial curriculum that was introduced as part of a pro-LGBTQ+ agenda.

12 men, woman and presumably some who do not subscribe to the “gender binary” were subjected to threats and abuse before being pelted with eggs as they held up ‘”love is the answer” signs at Anderton Park Primary School.

The primary school’s student body is predominantly Muslim, and the vast majority were kept from class on Monday, May 20th as part of a long running dispute over the school being used as part of pilot scheme for pro-LGBTQ+ agenda lessons.

Police are now investigating however, after counter protestors, all of whom belonged to the LGBTQ+ community were threatened by masked men who then threw eggs and other objects at them and their cars.

Usually attacking members of the LGBTQ community and shouting homophobic slurs in public would elicit a swift police response however, as Muslims in the UK also enjoy privileged minority status authorities and media are confused at how to respond.
