Police in the UK have launched an investigation after an 11-year-old girl was allegedly raped in a woodland area earlier this month.
According to Metro.co.uk, the young girl was allegedly attacked by a man with a pointy nose whilst walking through a meadow in Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire.
Police say the incident is believed to have occurred on June 1st when the young girl was walking along a public footpath dragged into the woodland by the male.
It is understood the incident has only come to light in recent days after the girl who was left in deep shock came forward and contacted them.
Metro say police are currently conducting a number of lines of enquiry and are treating the case very seriously.
