
In what can only be described as political correct insanity, pilots working for British Airways could get in big trouble if they use the offensive words of ‘ladies and gentleman’.
New guidelines now prohibit British Airways pilots to use the words ‘ladies and gentlemen’ when greeting passengers, to avoid offending gender-neutral people.
The new regulations are in place to ‘reflect diversity.
Pilots are encouraged to use ‘neutral’ terms that may not offend these minorities.
