
There has been much debate over the past four weeks over whether there should be zero level of alcohol consumption before you’re allowed get behind the wheel, according to Minister for Transport Shane Ross.
The argument opposed to this is the fact that many rural people live roughly one or two miles from their local pub and generally drive 30klm an hour to get home after one drink, according to Danny Healy Rae.
