Pop star Taylor Swift has won a small victory in her court battle with ex-radio DJ David Mueller, who she claims grabbed her bottom at a 2013 concert.
The DJ originally sued the pop star for $3 million, saying she cost him his job but the court has dismissed this stating that Swift didn’t intentionally lose him his job.
The DJ also made claims against the singer’s mother Andrea Swift, and her radio liaison, Frank Bell. A jury will now decide if they are accountable for Mr Mueller’s sacking.
27-yr-old Swift has countersued the DJ for allegedly groping her after she agreed to pose for a photo with him.
She is seeking $1 dollar in damages which is as now as famous as the courtcase itself.
