Outrageous footage has gone viral online showing alleged Biden supporters attacking a 7-year-old boy and his mother outside the Democratic National Convention in Delaware on Thursday night as the child was to be wearing a Make America Great Again hat at a peaceful protest.
Numerous people have reached out to support the mother and child named as Abbey Riley and since the incident the family have reportedly been contacted by President Trump himself in a call from the Oval Office.
The Twitter account for the organization Students For Trump posted Thursday night:
“Outside the DNC Convention tonight, radical leftists attacked a 7 year old boy, Why? Because he was simply showing his support for President @realDonaldTrump. Truly shameful.”
The footage shows two women, leaving the Democrat National Convention, which coronated Joe Biden as the party’s presidential nomination, harassing the mother and her young son while shouting expletives at them before tearing up their sign and stealing the child’s MAGA hat.
The US President’s son, Donald Trump Jr tweeted when sharing the video:
“Last night, Joe Biden supporters viciously attacked Riley, a 7 year-old @realDonaldTrump fan. Joe Biden supporters stole Riley’s hat, ripped up his sign & made him cry. Watch. It’s on video. This is sick. Wilmington, DE please help us find them”
Riley’s mother Abbey said in a statement that her and her son were harassed by the Biden supporters as they waited to enter a restaurant after a peaceful protest outside the Democrat National Convection in Wilmington, Delaware.
Tensions in the United States continue to mount as protests and riots continue from leftist anti-Trump organisations and as the country approaches ones its most contentious Presidential election in history this November.
