President Trump says immigration to the US to fight Covid-19 spread will last for at least 60 days

US President Donald Trump announced that he intends to sign and executive order “to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States” in a bid to halt the spread of the Covid-19 virus and protect the jobs of US citizens.

The Leader of the Free World made the announcement just hours after a historic precedent was set in which oil prices turned negative for the first time in history as U.S. equity markets plunged tweeting:

“In light of the attack from the Invisible Enemy, as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens, I will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!”

President Trump has also recently defunded the WHO of US taxpayer dollars for backing China’s initial line on the Covid-19 virus, after they claimed there was no human to human contraction of the disease and demanded a full investigation before he will consider reversing the decision.

The President has confirmed now that the suspension will last for at least 60 days and that it will be reviewed and possibly revised at that time but that it may go on longer depending on how the outbreak is in two months time.
