Ireland’s Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has told Fine Gael colleagues that he is eager to see the Brexit situation resolved by October 31st as he wants to go see Cher in Concert the Irish Mirror has learned.
Varadkar made the comments at a Fine Gael dinner in Cork recently. The top Blueshirt is eager to see Cher but his affection for female popstars is already noted.
When Kylie Minogue was performing in Dublin’s Croke Park, the country’s leader used offical stationary from the office of An Taoiseach to request a personal meeting with her when he attended the concert with a number of male friends.
Minogue obliged the Taoisaech and his party.
Cher is set to perform at the 3Arena on November 1st as part of her ‘Here we go again tour’ with tickets costing up to €500.
