They’re heroes, every single one of them!
Team Ireland were given a very warm welcome and reception in Dublin airport this week as they returned home from the Special Olympics.
On last night’s Late Late Show, the team, who return home from Abu Dhabi, showed off their incredible medals.
After a hugely successful games, team Ireland arrived home with an impressive 86 medals. In total the team took home 30 gold, 29 silver and 27 bronze medals.
Well done to them all, heroes one and all!
