An Bord Pleanála has approved planning permission for a new ‘superpub’ to be built on the Camden St. area of the capital.
The establishment, belonging to the JD Wetherspoon franchise, will cost around €4m and will also include a 98-room hotel.
Around 200 new jobs will be created as a result of the investment.
