Public anger could boil over as government plunders tax payer monies to house Ukrainian refugees while homelessness and cost of living crushes Irish families

The government’s decision to flood the country with tens of thousands of Ukrainian refugees without any public consultation is leading to growing tensions and discontent as a record breaking homelessness and cost of living crisis pillories Irish citizens.

In August a Sinn Fein TD for Kildare South, sent letters to residents in Newbridge about plans to build 30 modular homes for Ukrainian refugees in the town alongside another 30 homes to be built in nearby Rathangan.

In the letter Deputy Patricia Ryan warns that there is potential for “significant conflict” between locals and Ukrainian refugees due to move into these modular homes the Irish Independent reported.

Homelessness has reached new record levels in the country and a cost of living and energy cost crisis threatens to break countless Irish families this coming winter but the government is committed to using tax payer money to fund a never ending series of Ukrainian plantations across the Ireland.

The public anger is nearing boiling point and it is uncertain what some desperate people will resort to as the political classes and mainstream media have essentially declared any criticism of the current system ‘verboten’.
