Publicans have greeted the announcement of pubs being allowed to reopen in just under two weeks.
Following a very testy cabinet meeting on Tuesday morning, the cabinet agreed that all pubs will be allowed to reopen on September 21st.
It’s been strictly stated that they’re going to be subjected to major restrictions and that guidelines will be released in due course.
Dublin and Limerick will be of significant concern to NPHET following increased numbers in cases.
