Pubs to remain shut on Good Friday this year

closed

It has been confirmed that all pubs in the country will remain closed on Good Friday 2016, despite a recent campaign launched by
the Licensed Vintners Association & Vintners Federation to change the current legislation, deemed to be “archaic” and “discriminatory”.

However, despite the significant social media backing of such campaign, Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald has confirmed that pubs will not open on Good Friday this year.

So stock up beforehand, folks.
