British authorities are now treating the multiple stabbings in Reading last night as a ‘terror incident.’
Three people are confirmed dead, and three others sustained serious injuries following a stabbing attack in the Forbury Gardens area of Reading on Saturday night.
A 25-year-old man, believed to be a Libyan asylum seeker who had done prison time in the UK before, was arrested in connection with the attack.
The motive for the stabbings remains unclear.
