39-year-old Jason Corbett died from head injuries he sustained during a domestic disturbance at his home in North Carolina earlier this month.
Mr. Corbett’s two children, Jack (10) and Sarah (8), are now in the custody of Jason’s sister Tracey and her husband David Lynch.
Jason’s body will be removed to Our Lady Queen of Peace church in Janesboro, Limerick, this evening. His funeral mass will take place at noon tomorrow and he will be buried in Castlemungret Cemetery afterwards alongside his first wife, Mags, who lost her life from an asthma attack back in 2006.
