The seaside town of Brighton and Hove in the UK have seen residents outraged at the sight of 50 traveller caravans, cars, trucks and vans parked on the seafront of the upmarket town.

According to the Metro, the suspected Traveller camp on Hove Lawns, Sussex, has been described as an eyesore, with the place covered in rubbish.

The caravans are parked on Hove Lawns, which is classified as a protected stretch of land, and prohibits anybody from camping there for more than 12 hours.

It’s understood that a number of tents have also been erected on the protected land with no signs of the travellers leaving anytime soon.
