Tony Holohan has warned the public to remember that “the pandemic is not over” as restrictions start to ease up some more.
According to the Irish Mirror, the next set of restrictions is due to take place at the end of February. Things have gotten a lot better this year as pubs have been allowed to resume normal trading hours and nightclubs have been able to open up with no major rules.
Live gigs have also been allowed to get back to normal, with the restrictions on indoor and outdoor capacity being lifted. There is no longer a Digital Covid Certificate required for them.
However, the wearing of masks is still in place in shops and on public transport.
