The husband of missing Cork woman Tina Satchwell has said he is finding the search for his wife difficult.
Richard Satchwell who was speaking to TV3 News on Thursday, said he is sickened by the thought that his wife’s remains could be in the area of woodland Gardai are currently searching.
Mr Satchwell who was visiting the scene at Mitchel’s Wood, in Bridgetown, just outside Castlemartyr, told TV3 News that he is more frightful than ever.
The grief stricken husband also said the couple never visited the area before and it was the first time he was ever in the area himself.
Mr Satchwell’s appearance at the site comes after Gardai started a wide scale search in the woodland area on Monday.
