Ricky Gervais again hits out at PC mob as he insists he won’t be a victim to “cancel culture”

Irreverent comedian and actor, Ricky Gervais, has again hit out at cancel culture and seemingly dared the politically correct mob to attempt to silence him.

Gervais touched on cancel culture once again in an appearance on the the SmartLess podcast, hosted by Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett.

Gervais said:
“The scary thing is being cancelled if you say the wrong thing and suddenly Netflix can take you off their platform,”
He continued:
“You could be the most woke, politically correct stand-up in the world at the moment, but you don’t know what it’s going to be like in 10 years’ time,” he said. “You can get cancelled for things you said 10 years ago.”

Gervais went on to ask “who was going to cancel him?” and said it were to come to it he would “Stand Up on a Bench and Shout Sh*t”
